Wendy's Franchisee Stays on Top With Comtrex and Enterprise Manager
Red Peppers - 'Red Hot'
As a busy family restaurant operation offering a mix of popular Mediterranean dishes, speed and accuracy in processing orders is key factor for the successful Red Peppers chain. PR Entertainments, whose portfolio also includes the stylish tapas bar formula brand Bar Estilo, rely on Comtrex EPoS systems to help drive from of house operations. Used throughout the group's seven outlets, Comtrex's EPoS systems is currently being installed in a new Red Peppers restaurant being opened in Birmingham. Operations Manager Iain Hendry, tasked with handling the upgrade, opted to install Comtrex Systems for their ease of use and reliability.
