Sales Representatives
 
The role requires successful candidates to have good customer skills, face to face sales experience and proven ability to close. Experience in the Hospitality industry is preferable. This is an opportunity to enhance a sales career by joining a company that has an established and progressive customer base.
 
In return Comtrex offer a starting salary of up to £30k pa, with no limit on commission, (OTE year 1 £45k pa). Benefits include group pension scheme, 4 weeks holiday, company vehicle, laptop computer and private medical insurance. Training provided. The Job Description is as follows:
 
Job Title: Sales Executive
 
Responsible to: The Sales Manager
 
Sales Area: As designated by the Company.
 
Purpose: To establish new business in the designated area, maintain and develop business with those new customers as well as monitor existing customers in the area as designated by The Sales Manager.
 
Prime Duties and Responsibilities:     
 
1) To acquire a thorough working knowledge of the Company’s products and a detailed understanding of all their applications. To keep this knowledge up to date with regular reviews and training sessions.
2) To acquire and develop all necessary professional selling skills through training and observation. To maintain and improve this knowledge through discussion and any outside training courses.
3) To plan the coverage of the area in the most effective and economic manner.
4) To report succinctly on current customer activity with regard to the stages of the sales cycle, customer complaints and satisfaction, market trends affecting business, and competitor activity.
5) To report with supporting documentation as provided by the Company prospective customer records that can be used for forecasting future business expectations.
6) To attend Sales Meetings and other planned Company meetings as directed.
7) To liaise with colleagues and Management in a positive and lucid manner.
8) To develop goodwill with existing and potential customers that enhances the Company’s name.
9) Be prepared to accept advice and criticism relating to your role as a Sales Executive from the Management of the Company.
10) To maintain all Company equipment including vehicles, computers, and demonstration units, in a clean and serviced condition as outlined by the Company.
11) To provide accurately completed paperwork as detailed by the Company on the due dates.
12) Maintain a dress code that is suitable in the role as a Sales Executive of the Company.

Trainers
 
Your focus will be developing and delivering training to end users through various methods including workshops.
 
The role requires successful candidates to have good customer skills and 1-2 years training experience, excellent communication, writing and presentation skills. Experience in the Hospitality industry is preferable. This is an opportunity to enhance your career by joining a company that has an established and progressive customer base.
 
In return Comtrex offer a starting salary of £18k to £24k pa. Benefits include group pension scheme, 4 weeks holiday, company vehicle, laptop computer and private medical insurance. The Job Description is as follows:
 
Job Title: Software Trainer
 
Responsible to: The Installation Manager
 
Area: As designated by the Company.
 
Purpose: To provide training to clients on the use of the company’s products and services.
 
Prime Duties and Responsibilities:     
 
1) To acquire a thorough working knowledge of the Company’s products and a detailed understanding of all their applications. To keep this knowledge up to date with regular reviews and training sessions.
2) To acquire and develop all necessary skills through training and observation. To maintain and improve this knowledge through discussion and any outside training courses.
3) To plan and schedule training to meet customer go live dates.
4) To report succinctly on current customer status with regard to the stages of the training programme. 
5) To attend Installations Meetings and other planned Company meetings as directed.
6) To liaise with colleagues and Management in a positive and lucid manner.
7) To develop goodwill with existing and potential customers that enhances the Company’s name.
8) Be prepared to accept advice and criticism relating to your role as a Trainer from the Management of the Company.
9) To maintain all Company equipment including vehicles, computers, and training equipment in a clean and serviced condition as outlined by the Company.
10) To provide accurately completed paperwork as detailed by the Company on the due dates.
