A powerful yet simple method of providing customers with a loyalty or account facility.
This module allows you to allocate account cards to individual members of groups, corporate customers, or even staff. Every member can have individual credit limits and payments can be added to provide a balance that is depleted from the point of sale. As the cards are swiped through the terminals, the account status is accessed, accepting payment or credit as agreed. Account balances can be checked at the terminal and revenue can be added at either the point of sale or the in the back office.
An integral reporting facility generates monthly statements and allows promotional text to be added. Also available as standard reports are accounts postings and activity listings.
