The Odyssey was the first cast aluminum terminal from Comtrex with a choice of colors, black or silver. Its strength makes it a robust and durable terminal that is likely to feature in restaurants for years to come. Its strength also comes from inside with its integrated high performance components - including an Intel processor. The Odyssey has either a 12.1” or 15" screen that can also be configured to display an enlarged version of the original 10.4” Comtrex layout. Importantly, the Odyssey was the first in the Comtrex product line up to boast a full 90-degree swivel on the screen, ensuring that direct light onto the screen can be deflected and different height operators can be accommodated. The terminal has the facility for a large, easy to read customer display on the back that can either fit snug on its base or be pole mounted, making it a self-contained unit to suit any environment. All interface connections are hidden within its rugged housing in a protected, yet accessible, compartment.
