The labour cost management module provides a detailed analysis of staffing costs.
Odyssey Back Office supports up to 250 employees and allows up to 10 job functions per employee. Details of each staff member can be stored, the hours they work and whether overtime and tips apply, as well as what hourly pay is applicable.
Managers can prepare and print schedules in preparation for the coming week. Once the week is completed, a report is available showing regular hours worked, net sales per labor hour and labor costs as a percentage of net sales. As with all reports within the Comtrex Back of House software the reports can be exported to a variety of software packages. These figures will also be detailed on the seven day summary.
