There is no simpler or more accurate package around than the Comtrex Systems software suite. It is easy to use and takes about an hour a day to maintain. From recipe costing to stock depletion and period costs, the software accurately reflects precisely what it costs to provide food to your customers. It is directly linked to the program on the POS and depletes from stock on a FIFO basis, (first in, first out), and includes all aspects that affect your cost. We set-up the system initially, you add your suppliers, their products and what ingredients you use, in what recipes and where they are stocked. Every item you sell can be counted, ordered through a supplier by fax, email or letter, added into recipes and then depleted from stock every count period. Raw and finished waste can be included to complete your cost of food, with even ancillary items such as napkins and after dinner mints added to ensure total accuracy !

Purchases Ordering stock is performed in one of three ways: by an order wizard which gathers information from past sales periods and then forecasts sales, by order templates which can be set to plan say daily orders, and an open purchase order for last minute items. The system offers ‘drop down choices’ at all stages to minimize typing.
Receive Your prepared order waits for delivery and once confirmed, offers automatic back order or cancellation for incomplete orders.
Waste Allows raw & finished waste depletion.
Transfers Moves stock from one location or site to another.
Process Confirms deliveries and wastes to adjust stock immediately.
Counts Daily, weekly, or monthly sheets are printed for all stock locations and a blind count can be entered, variances being automatically recorded.
