Comtrex to be Acquired by Zonal

Comtrex Systems Corporation and Zonal Retail Data Systems Limited are excited to announce that Zonal has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of Comtrex.

This strategic acquisition will position Comtrex as a key element of Zonal’s market position in the UK and cement Zonal’s position as the largest hospitality EPoS solutions provider in the UK. In the U.S., where Comtrex has been providing hospitality solutions for over 35 years, combining our team with the Zonal group, already very active in the Florida and southeastern U.S., will significantly expand our sales and support presence.
