It takes place on Wednesday 6th February 2019 at the Ham Yard Hotel in London and is aimed at all those involved in the Food to Go market. That could be bakeries, supermarkets, fast food outlets, cafés, sandwich shops, convenience stores as well as those who are connected to the market but not in it, such as suppliers and investors. The purpose of the event is to identify and analyse the opportunities that currently exist for Food to Go. The speakers and sessions will look at a range of topics, including current consumer trends and the changes that have taken place in consumer behaviour. There will also be a focus on those who are leading the sector forward and the ideas and innovation that are creating positive change.

The conference will bring together people from all across the Food to Go sector and also has a fantastic speaker line up. Among those who will be sharing the insights and ideas that are driving their brands will be Glenn Edwards, managing director (USA), Leon who will provide insight into how Leon expanded into the American market. EAT CEO Andrew Walker will talk about how he turned the brand around and Richard Hodgson, CEO, YO! Sushi will talk about his business’ global network.
