A simple, effective process
Comtrex has more than 40 years’ experience in working with a range of businesses and has helped many to seamlessly transition to a better way of operating with our ePOS options. There are three key steps involved in our simple and effective support for getting your business where you want it to be:
- The implementation stage. You’ll work with an individual account manager who will be assigned to you for the entire process. We will design and build a system that is bespoke to your business and its needs. This is based on the goals and objectives of the business and a point of sale solution that will drive your enterprise on towards its goals. Once this has been finalised we will focus on implementing with minimum disruption.
- Training and assistance. When you partner with Comtrex our involvement doesn’t end with implementation. One of our dedicated trainers will work with your people to ensure that you’re getting the most from the system and helping to ensure deployment runs smoothly. Review will be ongoing throughout the year to make sure that the system still meets your business’ needs.
- Ongoing support. As well as training you will also receive support via our customer helpline - open from 8am to 11pm Monday to Saturday, and 9am to 12pm on Sundays – for anything else that arises.

That’s why we have developed a market-leading support infrastructure to ensure that you’re comfortable with the choices you’ve made for your business and able to get the most from the technology. This starts from the moment that you contact us for advice on the best technology options and continues once you’re onboard. Our support network is one of the most extensive in the industry – if you’ve called the helpline and we haven’t been able to solve the issue remotely then we will send an engineer out to help with it.
