POS Management
Your Stock
Our point of sale and inventory software provides you with a complete stock control application. Stock counts, ordering goods, receiving goods and planning menus has never been so simple. Sending and receiving credit notes, costing recipes and matching invoices with orders is all automatic.
Our ePOS system is transparent, easy-to-use and includes a predictive ordering wizard that makes over ordering a thing of the past. It’s all done securely online and lets you liaise directly with suppliers.
Your Menu
Our innovative menu creator costs new recipes before you produce them. It can predict sales, prep time, cooking time and potential profits.
The system tracks sales and reveals which recipes are making the biggest profit. Data is all integrated with your ePOS database and instantly available.
Your Responsibilities
We make tracking allergens, and complying with your legal responsibilities, incredibly simple. You’ll receive up-to-date information that can be accessed online.
Our system reports on all 14 key allergens and tells you whenever they’re used on your menu. Allergen information can be maintained by you or uploaded directly from your supplier.
Your Money
Looking after your money is simple with our advanced system. Sales are automatically uploaded from the ePOS system, cash up can be entered online, and reconciliation is available immediately. You can also set up payment types to suit individual companies. Our ePOS system saves you hundreds of man-hours. All transactions are visible on one standard cash summary.
Your Business Intelligence
Our reports let you analyse every aspect of your business. They can be accessed instantly from your PC, tablet or smartphone via the web.
You can sort reports by date, category or department, enabling you to compare and contrast different areas of a restaurant at specific times.
Your Support
Our support network provides the ability for us to offer complete control either remotely or via an engineer visit as we have engineers based all over the UK with field engineers using the latest vehicle tracking ensuring quicker response times.
We provide telephone support from 8am to 11pm Monday to Sunday with field engineers on the road until 8pm.

We’ll send you an engineer if we can’t solve the problem remotely. They’re on the road until 8pm. All our vehicles are fitted with tracking devices so the nearest team will respond.
